Refund and Cancellation Policy

Crafts Hyderabad follows a strict No Cancellation & No Refund policy.

Cancellations : Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and paid.

Refunds : No refunds are issued unless the item is found to be damaged during delivery.
In such cases, clear photo proof must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges : We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any products.
